Our Policies

 

We love all of our clients at TF The Hair Loft, and we want to make sure everyone feels at home in our friendly Loft. That’s why we’ve set a few basic policies to make sure everyone who walks through our doors has an experience that leaves them wanting to return time and again. Take a quick read. If you have any questions, just get in touch. Scheduling an appointment means you have read, acknowledge and agreed to the terms listed below.

Policies​

  • All communications should be conducted using the contact us form on the site

  • If there are no available appointments please use the waitlist or send a message using the contact us feature

  • Sunday & Holiday  appointments are $80 additional (braids ) $50 (styles under 3 hours) *** use Sunday waitlist

  • No show appointments are blocked from further bookings

  • After 10 minutes of lateness all appointments will be canceled, booking fee is loss. policy is strictly enforced .If I am able to accommodate there will be a $60 late fee.

  • Non refundable booking fee goes toward service cost.  New booking fee required for each booking. Please make sure the style, time and date selected is correct as changes aren't accepted. If you're unsure of what to schedule please contact me before scheduling. Please select all desired services.For combined services send a message.I will schedule the appointment.

  • 1 Reschedule per booking fee is allowed within 24 hours of the appointment time. Appointment must be rescheduled at the time of cancellation or the deposit is loss.If I have to cancel you have the option of a refund of the deposit or a reschedule.

  • Appointments are limited to one person per appointment. Please do not bring any additional people ,bags or items to your appointment. 

  • Hair is provided in 1B for braided styles excluding crochet

  • Airpods or headphones are required for calls or entertainment

  • There is an upcharge of $60 for matted hair , must notify prior to scheduling.

  • If your hair is short please contact me before scheduling

  • 3% Service fee for remaining balances paid via credit card ( no fee for Cash and Apple Pay) Remaining balance can't be paid via Pay Pal .Please bring exact cash. As there is no cash on the premises for change

 Covid 19 Policies​

  • To ensure the safety of everyone; I’m asking that if you are sick , feel sick, please do not schedule. mask are optional. If you show signs of sickness the appointment will be canceled immediately  . This includes excessive coughing, runny nose etc

  •  hand sanitizing will take place at the entrance

  • Surfaces will be cleaned frequently

 

Children's Policies

​

***Kid friendly, if parent and I work together the appointment will go smoothly. Please make sure iPad is charged , child is well rested and has eaten prior to the appointment***

  • Parent or guardian must accompany child for the entire duration of the appointment

  • Full Payment is due at the start of the appointment time.

  • Appointments are immediately canceled for uncooperative children

  • Parents are not allowed to hold children while being serviced nor stand at my chair. Parent and child must be seated for the duration of the appointment.

  • Please place bead color and style in the notes section. (EX: 2 ponytails with pink and clear beads. If unsure describe the style to the best of your ability)  request without stated description will be denied. Invoice for the deposit must be paid on receipt.

  • all prices are an estimate 

  • Due to Covid  no swapping of parents. The parent that enters with the child must remain for the duration of the appointment. Please conduct parent switches prior to your appointment and off the premises.
